Where Heritage Meets Modernity in Surry Hills

We were proudly involved in the successful delivery of an 18-level, 5-star hotel comprising 264 rooms in the heart of Surry Hills, Sydney.
This complex project combined heritage preservation with contemporary construction. It involved the careful retention and integration of a 10-level heritage façade, maintaining the building’s historical character and street presence.
Above this, we delivered an additional 8 levels of newly constructed façade, designed to complement and enhance the architectural integrity of the existing structure.

The result is a striking blend of old and new – a landmark hotel that reflects both the rich heritage and modern evolution of Surry Hills.
