Early Involvement on a Future Landmark

499 Kent St – Early Contractor Involvement (ECI) for a new 223 room 5 Star Hotel in Sydney CBD. Tau scope includes design management and authority liaising and approvals from Development Application to CC Documentation approvals. Upon completion of the ECI, Tau was awarded the early works contract which consists of:
• Council and work zone approvals
• Hoardings and site set up-Hazmat Removal-Structural Steel Facade bracing of Heritage brick Facade-Structural Demolition
